Additional Details

first edition of eliot's second work, with writing by pound on title-page, identifying Eliot as author of this anonymous work. He has also added his two most recent works to the list of publications to the bibliography at the rear (Quia Pauper Amavi and Justigations, both 1919). This work was preceded only by Prufrock, issued six months earlier. Eliot's manuscript was edited by Pound himself before sending it to John Quinn to be published by Knopf. Gallup 2.
